With over 20 years experience in the catering and hospitality industry, Lee and I decided to run a pub for ourselves. We have worked in establishments varying from hotels to pubs, bars to various restaurants over the last 20 years. Our passion is welcoming guests with a warm welcome and service to remember. Lee has wealth of experience in the industry and can be found in the kitchen making delicious food and creating exciting seasonal menus.
Here at the Shoulder of Mutton, we aim to work with as many local suppliers as possible, Not only does this help the local community, but it also means that we get to source the best quality, fresh ingredients to go in our homemade dishes. All food is prepared in the Shoulder of Mutton's kitchen. Lee even makes his own tomato ketchup and chutneys!
We would like to thank our local butchers Joseph Morris who supplies all of our meat, Regency Fish who provide us with beautifully fresh seafood, A.M Bailey for giving us their best Fruit and Vegetables, Andrew Davies for his baked goods and Henley Ice Cream for their products that the whole family can enjoy.
